Why I write

Not written from distance — written from the floor.

Why I write

I started writing because many lessons in business are learned too late. In rugs, exports, production, ecommerce, and money, one missed detail can become an expensive mistake.

My writing is my way of documenting what experience taught me — so others can think more clearly, avoid avoidable mistakes, and build with more discipline.

These books are not written from distance. They come from the floor, the buyer meeting, the costing sheet, the shipment deadline, and the pressure of real decisions.
