Refunds
Where things stand on payments and refunds for a website that is not currently selling anything.

This is important to state plainly: this website does not sell products or services online, and it does not collect payments. Because no purchases are made through this site, there is nothing to refund here.
My books are sold through third-party platforms such as Amazon. Any purchase, delivery, or refund of a book is handled entirely by that platform under its own policies. Please refer to the seller you bought from.
If we arrange coaching or any other paid work directly, the terms — including any payment and refund arrangement — are agreed between us in writing before we begin. This page does not override whatever we agree directly.
If I begin offering anything for sale directly through this site in future, I will publish a clear refund policy here at that time. Until then, this page simply confirms that no online sales take place.
