Coaching · Clarity · Systems
I work with people who are building real businesses and want clearer thinking, better systems, stronger follow-up, and more disciplined execution.
Coaching · Clarity · Systems
Guidance built from running a real business — not from a slide deck.
My approach
My coaching is not about motivation for a few days. It is about helping business owners think clearly, organise their work, build better systems, and make better decisions.
I bring lessons from rugs, exports, production, buyer development, money, team management, and system building. The goal is simple: reduce confusion, improve discipline, and help the business move with more clarity.
Trained to train
Good coaching needs more than experience — it needs the skill to explain clearly, hold a room, and help people act. I'm a certified Train the Trainer graduate under Blair Singer, an investment in how I teach, coach, and bring clarity to the people I work with.
Experience tells me what to say. The training helps me say it in a way that actually lands.

The work
The places where clearer thinking and better systems make the biggest difference.
Understanding markets, buyers, products, pricing, follow-up, and long-term positioning.
A better way to approach, track, follow up, and convert potential clients.
Practical guidance around sampling, costing, quality, production, and buyer expectations.
Moving from memory-based working to tracker-based, process-based, accountable working.
Reviewing priorities, money, people, execution gaps, and decision-making.
Clearer responsibilities, follow-up rhythms, review formats, and accountability.
Thinking clearly about cash flow, debt, working capital, investment, and discipline.
Knowing what to systemise first, before investing time or money in software.
A clear fit
For exporters, manufacturers, family business owners, founders, and growing teams who want to work with more structure and less confusion.
This is not for people looking for quick motivation, shortcuts, or surface-level advice. The work is practical, honest, and sometimes uncomfortable — because real improvement needs clarity and discipline.
